Bought this specifically for my dog (with vet approval), and I’m honestly so impressed. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed a real difference in his mobility, he’s getting up easier, moving more comfortably, and even has a bit of that younger energy back. I can tell he has pain relief. It’s also just one small pill a day, which makes it super easy to give. I put it in a greenies pill pocket and he eats it right up, no swallowing issues. It works great! I've purchased this 6-7 times, continuously since I first tried it! When I tried it I had terrible pain in my knee which doctors said was actually coming from my hip. IDK if I believe that, but I could not walk on it and was elevating it and icing it on and off around the clock. It hurt terribly even when I stayed off it. I have a lot of medical problems and injuries but my knee pain decreased significantly after taking this for 5-6 days. I can't be sure if this supplement made that happen but being as I have a shoulder injury (which also improved some) and terrible back pain I'm going to stay with it. Sadly my back pain which has nerve involvement didn't improve. I got it for my husband and mother and recommended it to other family members. It's definitely worth trying IMO as it isn't expensive and it's just one small caplet a day.

I am starting my second bottle so it's been 2 months since I began. I didn't notice a difference until about week 5 or 6, then I started noticing a big difference! I'm 70, have bad knees, neck and back pain. Housework has been difficult for several years but 2 weeks ago I was finally able to start! I am cleaning out a closet, now I can even sit on the floor, (for sorting), bend, stoop and -get up- with a lot more ease than before I started taking Move Free minis! I started to have knee pain a couple of years ago. After using this for about a month, my knees are in better shape and no more pain.

Standard “Move Free Glucosamine” pills work better for me for some reason. Once the pain returned, I went back to the traditional ones. Hard to know how to rate. If it would have worked for me, I’d have given 5 stars. Yes, these were tempting with the smaller size.
