Walnut flower essence is said to help one cope with major life changes. It works for me. This is good because I'm going through a great-grandmother of a change right now. Many years ago, I was prescribed a pharmaceutical drug for acute anxiety and depression. I used flower essence remedies to stop using the addictive drug, and I achieved a full cure of my ailment. Since then, I have used flower remedies for treatment of all my troubles that you might call "emotional" or "mental" health issues. I don't care that the actions of these remedies are not scientifically understood. Placebo effects are also not scientifically understood, but they are recognized as real by scientists. If I am benefitting from a placebo effect, I am still benefitting. I'll take all the misunderstood miracles that I can get. A pertinent quotation: "Miracles don't go against nature, only our understanding of nature." ~St. Augustine My liver and mind thank me because I traded using dangerous drugs for taking several drops of flower flavored brandy a few times a day. People who take zero alcohol can still use these remedies by putting the drops in a spoonful (any spoon will do) of very hot water (at least 175F/80C). This evaporates the alcohol. Then, take the water directly, once it's cooled, or put it in a larger amount of water or juice and drink. When I first started using flower remedies, I only used the leading brand. After I was introduced to FES remedies, I used both for a while. FES brand remedies seem to work for me just as well as the leading brand. Why pay more? Flower essence remedies don't seem to work for everyone, and they don't always work for those who usually get good results. I guess that's just the way it is for all medicines and other miracles.

Way more affordable than Rescue Remedy and just as good. FES flower essences are the way to go!
