Works fast
Doesn’t dry me out but I can breathe in seconds Much better than the longer acting stuff I remember this as a child 70 years ago.

Great product, great price!
As this is a pharmaceutical product, obviously it is made under strict quality control, but I’ll still say it… It works like a champ just like any other Brand would, but this is an especially good buy because of the great price. Highly recommended.

Have used for years.
Have repurchased many times. I prefer 4 hour spray because the 12 hour spray never lasts 12 hours but you can't use it again. This works very well.

It works, better spray bottle.
Most of the generic Phenylephrine nasal sprays are about the same. Sometimes this one is least expensive. Plus the bottle it comes in is far superior to standard nasal spray bottle shapes / tips in my opinion. It reminds me of the original 4-Way bottle.

Nozzle design is very poor
The contents are correct. Unfortunately the nozzle does not provide an appropriate mist but a heavier spray, so the contents easily drip from the end of one’s nose. Luckily I kept an empty spray bottle from a different brand and will just transfer the contents. A working nozzle is a pretty basic requirement. (Also…the boxes the bottles came in were also crushed like others have reported…but bottles themselves didn’t leak…so I guess that’s a positive 😊)

Not as good as other brands
It doesn't seem to work as well as kroger brand, Walgreens brand or Amazon brand. I have to take 2-3 squirter for the same affect as one squirt on the other brands. Also the nozzle on top is really short and small around so it doesn't work as well for getting it up into your sinuses and it doesn't mist as much as the other ones this brand tends to puddle liquid in my nose or it runs back out. It's just not as fine a mist, as the other brands. I would recommend spending the extra dollar or 2 and get the other brands ie amazon, kroger, Walgreens, affrin,4 way etc.. I've tried them all. Hopefully this is helpful
