Best thing ur there!!!
Use this continually for gravy! Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and any day in between. Husband loves ham and must have gravy. This one is best, just make gravy with Vernors ginger ale to cut salt

This is great for green beans and soups seasonings.

Forget the Green Eggs and use this Ham
If you can't find smoked ham hocks or shanks -- which where I live is sadly hard to do -- this is a fine substitute. It tends to be on the salty side, so use it sparingly, but the Better'n Bouillon pastes in general are a highly dependable line. Much, much better than powder or cubes. As I type this, I'm using a dollop of the ham to make pea soup. I'm on my third jar (although I wish Amazon stocked the large size and not these little fellas).

Flavor
I like the flavor, taste great in green beans. Use your judgement when cooking. Start out with a small amount and increase according to desire taste.
