It's as good as I remember from childhood. My mom always had a big bottle when I was a child. It was a special bottle pulled out for great baking days. Its true what they say about memories and smells. Everytime I open a bottle I'm reminded of my mom and our great baking days. Taste the same all these year later. Great Almond flavor, stays true through baking. Good flavor to use in coffee too. Need to brighten up a chocolate cake, add a bit of this. Need chocolate chip cookies to taste special, a little touch in the dough will have people guessing all day. This is a must have!

this Watkins All Natural Original Gourmet Baking Vanilla is working and taste like it should. Received the bottle in good condition. The price is reasonable for the amount and quality of the vanilla.

I own a small business making custom sugar cookies, and I have tried countless brands of vanilla over the years. This Watkins Clear Vanilla is, without a doubt, the best I have ever used. The Pros: • Flavor: The flavor profile is significantly improved compared to other clear vanillas I've tried. It doesn't have that artificial chemical aftertaste; it just tastes like quality vanilla. • Perfect for Decorating: The biggest selling point for me is that it is crystal clear. When you are making royal icing, using brown vanilla can ruin your bright whites. This keeps my icing perfectly white without sacrificing flavor. The Cons: • Shipping/Packaging: The only reason I hesitate is the way Amazon ships it. It is often tossed loose into a cardboard box with no bubble wrap or padding. Because of this, the cap is almost always popped off when it arrives. • Note: The bottle is hermetically sealed underneath the cap, so the vanilla itself has never been leaking or compromised, but it is annoying to have to hunt for the cap in the box every time. Verdict: If you need clear vanilla for baking or decorating, buy this. The product itself is 10/10, just be prepared for the cap to be loose in the box!

It’s great for baking. Love the vanilla flavor. Great product for the price.

Note: "with Pure Vanilla Extract" (not a bottle of pure vanilla extract). Still, taste is good, price lots more reasonable, but not actually as good as pure vanilla extract -- flavor is less than "real" vanilla. Would help to have a better way to dispense product, as you can't pour it out in any amount without losing some of the product running down the sides of the bottle.

Watkins extracts taste great and are a staple in my kitchen for cooking and baking. I especially enjoy the coconut extract and also the butter extract. They are true flavors without any sugar, artificial flavors or colors. The 11 oz. bottle easily pours for measuring.

Great value! Bottle is easy to handle. Flavoring is fantastic.

Really nice vanilla. Great taste

I am very happy with Watkins Pure Mint Extract, my Mint Nanaimo Bars turned out so delicious. I wasn't able to find this extract at the grocery store so I was very happy to find it here. Last year I was forced to substitute a cheaper extract found at my grocery store that was a combination of Mint and Peppermint and my Nanaimo Bars were ruined, they tasted so bad.
