This is the best one. Hazelnuts are no problem but it's one nutcracker for all types. I like that when i open the nut, the nutcracker acts like a cup holding everything together before I turn it over onto my hand. Convenient, best price I saw. Thank you

Do a great job down to almonds & hazlenuts. Pistachios? stick with a hammer. Very clever & effective design. The Jaws of Death for nuts with shells.

Ok I do not use as intended. I like to break up ice to eat. It is perfect! Cracks ice perfectly! I imagine it does a great job on nuts as well. My daughter uses it for opening lids which it does very nicely as well! A very handily little tool! Well made. Sturdy. I like it very much and happily recommend it.

I was gonna get a regular old skool nut cracker, but this seemed easier and I was wrong. Looks very nice and well made. It's not too heavy but heavy enough to crack nuts. The issue i have is I'm doing walnuts and it just barely cracks them and slips up and out when trying to crack. It doesn't crack completely unless you crack it then crack it a second time and then at the point the nuts in a billion pieces. So overall walnuts not recommended for. I only had a bag of walnuts so I've tried nothing else in it. But I'm not a fan. So I would say value is not that great with the functionality being low.

What a clever way of opening up walnuts. We didn't have anything like this when I was a kid. Walnuts were hard to crack open. But these make it a breeze. Plus they're a lot of fun. Everybody wanted to try it. This younger generation has no experience cracking open nuts. They buy expensive nuts that are already cracked. I remember how much fun it was to sit around the table at Christmas time when I was a kid and take turns cracking open our nuts. My grandchildren loved it when I let them try it. It makes for a fun family activity. Plus you get to eat delicious nuts.
