OMG I love it!!! SOO easy to cook eggs on and everything else. Both sides equally great! LOve the even cooking. and super easy cleaning! Love the drip tray, same size of the grill and cleans up easily too. This grill is worth every penny!!!

A remodel of the previous model and it is excellent. the plug is more heavy duty and the legs are sturdier. I have cooked chicken, fish, pancakes, and so much more and I love it.

I use my grill often to cook meals for my family. I appreciate the fact that I can cook a ton of food all at once for large meals which saves me so much time! I can choose to use this grill over my stove because of the super large capacity. If you have a large family it's a must to purchase this grill! The grill heats up fast and even all the way through. Zero smoke! I love that it's portable and I can cook anywhere. The quality is well made and it cleans up super fast!

I have had this since Christmas 2024. I really like it. It heats evenly, it is easy to clean, easy to 'assemble', and I really like that 1. It is big enough for my big guys, & 2. It is reversible. PLUS- It has a nice long cord.

This griddle is flawless, although it didn't start out that way. The first one I received was defective, and did not heat up at all, but that's what warranties are for. The seller was very responsive and made the return and replacement very easy. The second one was perfect, and for those reasons I did not ding them on the rating. I love the size of the griddle and the heat distribution is very even. It heats up quickly and cooks perfectly. Last night I made BLT's and cooked up 8 slices of bacon at the same time. All of them cooked quickly and evenly. I left the cleanup until this morning and it was an easy chore. This unit splits into 4 pieces: the removable power cord, the cook top, the grease catcher and the base. This makes cleanup a snap. The cook top drains well and the grease catcher did not lose a drop of grease. I really can't say anything bad about this griddle. Thank you Wolfgang Puck for such a well thought out quality product. It is definitely worth the money I spent.

We bought this Wolfgang Puck Indoor Reversible Electric Grill/Griddle in July 2010, and in ~7 months of ownership are overall very pleased with it. Both the griddle and grill sides function well, although I think it works better as a griddle. Device cooks evenly, unlike previous griddles we have owned. We have yet to find a food it has not cooked well. Design is very nice; not much wasted space. Cooking area is generous; griddle easily fits 6 regular-size (1/4-cup batter) pancakes at a time. Setup is easy, and it's very easy to switch from grill to griddle. Drainage is good; grease, fat, etc. are captured in the pan below. Comes in handy when it's too rainy or cold to grill outside, and complements the outdoor grill, too, when we have larger groups over. If you have limited storage space, can be a bit bulky to store, but that's a minor inconvenience, especially since this is a 2-in-1 appliance. Cleanup is a breeze, too. Cleaning the grooves of the grill isn't too difficult, and the entire appliance is easy to wash. Bottom pan detaches easily so it can be scrubbed, if need be. Our only complaint is that the cooking temps do not seem to be as hot as indicated; we always seem to need to set the temp 25-50 degrees higher then recommended, or food takes much longer to cook. This is especially true with meat and other foods that require cooking temps of 375 or higher. (But, I'd rather it err on the low side with cooking temps.) Overall, I highly recommend this appliance for anyone looking for a good grill + griddle combo that cooks food well and is reliable.

Gift for hubby. Uses it constantly in our small apt. Easy to clean, keeps good temp, fits above cabinets. He loves it!
