The gold standard of DVD+RW Blank Disks. A great value for the money, and can be formatted many, many times for reuse. I use it with my PC which does not have a built in drive/player. Very reliable; top of the line. A 30 stack should last a long time; just reformat and reuse.

Good quality and great writing performance

Arrived on time in perfect shape (ie. package undamaged). I wanted to keep item for back up "clean pristine discs" however the suspense got the better of me as I have been wondering whenever I look at the item whether if functions. To my horror when I opened the package & looked at the disc surface on the outer edges of many of them have little scratches (most have a little of this but several have a lot: 1/2 inch track) as if when they were taken out of whatever machine that made them that it some how scratched them. I had some damaged discs before & these looked somewhat similar. This is ridiculous & don't know how this made it past quality control after all the accolades I have heard about Verbatim discs. Anyway, to my surprise, upon testing (tested 2), one with most scratches (on top) and other with few scratches (nearer to bottom of discs), they both seemed to test OK after scouring for test indicators of good discs. The main thing was that all sectors tested good & the burn of data of a full disk took about 15 - 16 minutes & good disks are supposed to take about 14 - 16 minutes to write a good disk. I was shocked to say the least that they passed & did as well as could be expected (actually wrote at only 3.8x speed which is .2 lower than it should be). I am still teetering on the 2, maybe even 1 star rating for this but that is to be seen as these could denigrate very fast in the future as these "so called scratches" could be more serious, but hopefully not. I think they will be OK as most these get a bunch of scratches, over time, & still function but only time will tell. If you are some sort of "DVD stickler" where everything has to be perfect and go your own little way then this deal might not be right for you! I have bought multitudes of these discs & have never, ever had any have scratches with them when coming in new out of the box so this was weird & heart wrenching. I am assuming we are in the period of time where by CD's & DVD's are going extinct & makers are thus deliberately making them sloppily in an effort to "usher in new technology & forgetting about the old technology they are supposed to be making" as we have gone through this routine a zillion times already & without regard for the purchaser or their financial status: "we have had enough of this one"! I probably would try this one again, but very warily, & if I was not forcing myself not to test them (due to scratches getting on them by just breathing on them which I did not want as using only as a backup & tried not to open) I would have sent them back but its past Amazon.com return window. I have attached tests of the 2 discs as images so you be the judge, etc.. Nero's disc speed was used to test them & is highly recommendable for this purpose as it is an advanced tester.

Bought these to create some analog stylistic videos. I've never heard of the brand before but they work perfectly fine. I can make classic DVD videos and then convert them back to digital. I then tried taking it a step further (or a step back, timeline-wise) and well... Surprisingly my DVD+VCR combo was able to read the video I burned onto the disc. Disclaimer though, it doesn't work the other way round. Older hardware doesn't want to write onto these discs sadly. They don't even recognize a blank disc. Though, that's not at fault to the product, rather an unfortunate side affect of changing times, and no regulations for backwards compatibility.

I have been using these exact dvds to move things that I previously recorded on vhs tapes for about 3 years. I recorded shows, and several TV series, from our TV originally on vhs tapes (when that was the best way to record things). I also have been moving our family photos and events from their original recorded media over to these dvds. I then send what I have moved to the rest of my family. I am moving previously recorded shows, TV series, photos and events because I have noticed that the original media that they were recorded on are having problems. In order to preserve everything, I started to move them over to these dvds. I have NEVER had ANY problems with these dvds. They do EXACTLY what they are supposed to do. I will not purchase ANY other dvds as long as these are available. Also, if you want to buy more than 10 dvds at a time, the 30 pack spindles are definitely a better price. As sometimes these dvds are hard to find, I have hopefully bought the amount that I will need for the next few years. In my research, Amazon has the best price, especially when you buy them directly from Amazon and can take advantage of their free Prime 2 day shipping.

Great item. You need RW DVD's so that you can Format them. this will allow you to reprogram them over and over!! They come with cases as well ( you will not nhave to buy the cases separately like many other brands ),

I have never had a problem with burn issues, recording quality or sound quality
