I got an air nozzle with weird japanese threads. This worked to adapt it to american type threads.

This is exactly what you need if you're working with any of the iSpring spin-down filters. They are all made in China, and they only modified the head to use NPT. The flush line port needs a BSPT fitting. It's NOT NPT. You can kind of force an NPT fitting, but it won't ever be a proper fit and will ruin the threads a bit.

This worked perfectly. I have a 8 gallon compressor hooked to a retractable hose reel. I was able to join my airbrush hose to the hose reel hose via normal quick connect perfectly. I did use vinyl tape just for good measure but I can now take my airbrush 30 feet away. The only bad part is my pressure adjusting is at the compressor. But that's just a minor inconvenience.

HongBoW Brass 1/4" BSPT Male to 1/4" Female NPT adapter is a quality product. The 1/4" BSPT British Male thread worked with my Nitto Kohki quick connect and the Female NPT connects to USA pneumatic air hose.

Not a huge application for these in the US, but they mate perfectly with the various "10L fluid extractor/dispsensers" sold on Amazon. Who knows why those things all use BSP threads, but they do. Some people will just force NPT fittings on, but this adapter lets you mate common shop air quick disconnect fittings to those fluid extractors. Make your future life easier and do it right the first time.
