About a month in seems to do the trick. If you notice this is actually the authentic lenovo battery they just tape their own brand name/logo over the lenovo tag on the battery. I recommend if you're looking for an affordable replacement.

Cable doesn’t reach. Doesn’t work for Lenova Legion Y540-17IRH even though it says it’s compatible.

Battery Works fine. But the only new problem I’m facing is when the battery is fully charged and left the laptop off for couple of days and when i turn back on the the battery says 90% and then once the laptop starts after few minutes it turns off and the battery goes to 0% all of a sudden. I don’t know if this is battery issue or laptop issue. As we turn on the laptop after few days all of the things and programs start at the same time and i dont know what is happening and laptop battery dies out right away as soon as i turn on the laptop.

Installed this without a hitch almost exactly a year ago, but it has now decided it doesn't want to work anymore. already need to get another replacement. Very disappointed. A laptop battery should last much longer than a year.

The harness is too short. It doesn't reach the connector.

My Lenovo Y7000 got bugled by the battery bubbling! Got this battery from AMZN in two days. It looks like an OEM battery with Dentsing label covering that of Lenovo. Not sure why would they do that!Easy install and turned on the computer and the battery is 61%. So far so good.
