App will not work, manufacturer is no help
This meter looks OK, but when trying to load the app on a Samsung android phone it only gives an error message and will not load. Tried removing and installing again, changed settings several times, restarted the phone and even took it to the AT&T store. E-mailed the manufacturer of the meter and the designer of the app for help. Both appear to be in Asia. Neither one replied with any help or suggestions.

Pretty nice
Not bad. The bluetooth connectivity is a bit odd. You don't straight up pair it. Iffy about the app. But it does work and the funtions are really nice.

Great value!!
This was perfect for my needs. My old multimeter did not have a backlight for the screen. That makes a big difference when using it in dark areas like basements or attics. Sometimes you run out of daylight. The display is large and with the blacklight I can verify my readings with a single glance. Excellent product.

It shouldn't be this difficult
This review is going to be long and weird. I hope Amazon allows the whole thing, because you're going to need it.This device is nifty. It has all the expected features, plus Hz, capacitance, and temperature sensing. The feature that was the main reason I got it is that it can log to a PC.Sadly, that last part is complicated, and is the focus of this review. I hope it helps someone. This meter isn't unique. It seems there are thousands of clones that all work the same, and most have the same problems you'll encounter. The USB port is under the cover on the top. Unscrew it, and throw the cover in your bag. You have to unscrew it each time, which is just cumbersome. You will need a USB A male to USB A male cable. The wide end, to the wide end, both have the sticking out part. That's not common, because it shouldn't exist by USB standards. Yet here we are. When you do plug the cable in, if you are using Windows 11, like most people are, it will give you the error:PL2303TA DO NOT SUPPORT WINDOWS 11 OR LATER, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SUPPLIER.We're not allowed to post links in reviews, so you'll have to do some Googling.Search Google for "pl2303-issues-prolific-usb-to-serial-drivers-win-11". The first link should be a Microsoft page titled "PL2303 issues (Prolific USB to Serial Drivers) Win 11"Scroll down until you see someone who says "There is a working driver at" The link goes to the Prolific site, who is the manufacturer of the chip. That's why it starts with "PL". Download and install it.Farther along, someone gives advice on how to manually select the older driver. If you've managed all of it, you multimeter is now showing as some high number COM port.So... They shipped with a mini CD. That did exactly nobody any good. We don't have any computers with big clunky CD drives. The one we do have is front loading.Unfortunately, the PC-LINK software that you're *supposed* to use doesn't work either. Don't give up. I got you this far, I'll get you the rest of the way.Google for "QtDMM". The first link by the page by Matthias Toussaint. Click Configure at the top. Go down to Multimeter settings. At least on mine, the Port settings looked like they were all blank, but you just have to scroll down until you see the right COM port. Now click "Connect", and it should bring up a little display, similar to what the multimeter shows, except it will also show min and max values. Now click "Recorder" at the top left, and then Start. Now you're able to use the meter for the sole reason you bought this one. Write these instructions down somewhere safe, you'll need them next time you switch computers, or Windows updates something. Also, if you think logging Hz will make a graph, it won't. It will make a line at the value it reads, just like volts. If you want to see the waves, you need an oscilloscope.

Gets the job done.
If you've never used a multimeter before then the instructions can be confusing and maybe this isn't the best product to learn on. But if you've used one before this has all the nice gadgets to get the job done and is a great product of around the house.

Very nice meter!
This arrived just when I needed a capacitance meter to check out the start/run capacitor on our furnace, and it made quick work of that job. It's the most complete multimeter in terms of functionality that I have, and I have gotten plenty of use out of it in the past few months. The phone link is nice because it means you can leave the meter connected and take the phone with you to mess with the power or other end of a cable etc. So far it has performed very well and done everything I have needed. Great meter!
