Gifted a friend with this. It was easy to inflate, was able to do a couple of exercises on it without slipping. Quite comfortable as well. I got the 55cm one, found this a bit small so would I recommend a larger size.

I use this to do my leg lifts and works my core the best.

I put ball in my pool three months ago to scare away ducks. It has deteriorated considerably, looks like it has several burn scars and rust with the surface becoming pockmarked and sticky. In contrast, the TheraBand ball that's been in the pool for two years is still in good shape with really no sign of deterioration. Otherwise it seems like a decent exercise ball, but I wouldn't leave it the sun. It was a good price, and I would not hesitate to get it for inside use.

The ball itself is fine. The reason for lower rating is that the included pump is a poor design. It requires that you hold the insertion end still with one hand while moving the other end in and out. Trouble is, the part you have to hold still is too short to fit your hand around, so you get pinched. For reference, in (medical-type latex) gloves, I use either a small or medium; small is often too short in the fingers, but never too tight across the palm area.

I liked the way it is used. I disliked the color and it is too big to store any place in my apartment.

The yoga ball was pretty easy to blow up with just one person. Not the thickest material but is still pretty sturdy, using it as a chair to switch from my gaming chair when my behind starts to hurt from sitting for too long. I can sit on it for like hours and be good. Very please with this product especially for the price. I’ve had it for a few months now and it’s still good as new
