Recently had ankle surgery and have to wear a walking boot. This shoe lift works amazing to get your opposite leg the same height so there is no height discrepancy. So no limping, no hip pain because of having one leg shorter than the other because of the boot.

My doctor recommended the EVENup after I was put in a walking boot for a partially torn Achilles tendon. I ended up wearing the boot for a couple of months, and this shoe lift made a huge difference. I used it on a sneaker, and it immediately helped balance out the height difference so I could walk much more normally and without the awkward limp. The sizing does run a bit small—I wear a men’s 7.5, and the small was slightly tight, but it still worked well and stayed secure. The adjustable height feature is great, and overall the product feels sturdy and well-designed. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who has to wear a walking boot or cast. It makes everyday movement so much easier and more comfortable.

The lifting soles are secured to the base with Velcro in addition to the groves for the elastic bands on the side, which helps make the whole thing feel more stable. It works best with a shoe that fits firmly on your foot. I tried it with a slip-on shoe first and at one point the lift came off the back of my shoe. When I wore it with a sneaker, the lift stayed on all day.

Started experiencing lower back pain while using a walking boot around the house, so purchased the EVENup adjustable height shoe lift in large (I wear a U.S. men's 12 shoe) to even out my walking gait. The product did just that and my back pain subsided. The upper cage is made of a flexible rubber that expands around the shoe to hold it in place; however, experienced a little slipping in the heel area, but not enough to cause stability concerns. There is a thin velcro strap to secure the upper toe area. The sole is grippy and never slipped on ceramic tile or vinyl flooring surfaces. The shoe lift comes set at the highest height, which is what I retained, but the platform soles are removable if a lower height is desired. Overall, pleased with the product, but perhaps a wider strap would be better. No durability issues, but only used the product everyday for ~four weeks. Also, never had an issue with the rubber cage leaving marks/creases on my shoes, but I didn't wear the same pair of shoes every day. IMPORTANT - closely adhere to the vendor's instructions for selecting a size. All of my shoes measured longer than 12", so this is why I bought large over medium. Also, the shape of the shoe is very important. My slip-in Sketchers did not fit well, but shoes with a lower/streamlined sole profile, more closely resembling the vendor's picture did.

Oh man this chnaged my life!! I have a leg discrepancy that was a life-long problem with multiple symptoms. I have tried many shoe lifts and i COULD NOT find a full length lift that would support my whole foot. Leaving me to tip-toe on one foot while my other foot would clop down on the ground. With this evenup lift it helps my feet,knee, hip and back pain. I was afraid of looking goofy but you cant tell unless you look at my feet. 3 things is wish this amazing product could add on 1) i wish there was a double sided velcro you can attach to your own shoe to better adhear to the lift product. There is some minimal sliding when i put my heel down (ex. Tieing my shoes lift pulls forward) im scared of falling on uneven ground. 2) i wish the bottom of the sole was black. It does stick out becuase under my foot is blue when my other shoe clearly doesnt have any corrisponding colors. 3) more inserts to add hight to your lift. Love that the one extra insert has velcro to secure it to lift. I realise this product is to aid someone with a medical boot on but it has so much more potential as well and im so grateful for my evenup lift!! My podiatrist advised me to get this balancer after braking my ankle and was put into a boot for 5 weeks. It came in after ordering it the very next day. I was surprised that it had 2 choices of thickness to level up to my boot thickness. It was a bit awkward at first and was a little hard getting it on my shoe. The straps stretched nice and snug and I did finally get it on and never took it off until three weeks later when I needed to change shoes. I got it off with a little difficulty and didn't use it for a few days. When my new shoes came in by mail I went to put the balancer back on and it had fallen apart and is now useless. I definitely thought it would have lasted longer. I'm just happy it didn't cost more or I may be more upset. I am glad It served it's purpose for those first three weeks. I do not regret buying it, but do regret that it only lasted for three weeks. Now would I recommend it ? Yes and no, unless you want to take the chance and hope that it last longer. It's not a pretty sight, but neither is your boot and both are necessary. . So, if you choose to buy this, your feet would now have style. Balance is more important than looks. The choice is yours.

This was worth the money. It made it a lot easier to get around having both legs the same length.

Excellent choice for people who have an air boot on the other foot. It works really well to allow level both legs and improve balance. It’s a simple solution that works really well.

This product is very helpful for the people who are using the the Vacoped boot. It helps to level the height preventing knee and foot pain on your good leg. Only issue is the size is a little smaller, i should have ordered a large instead of a medium to fit the shoes.

Great item- does exactly what we needed- should be advised to size up though!
