But usually you can solve the slanted problem through these two following ways: 1,buying height-adjustable ceiling screws (which can keep this shower head for horizontal position) from your local or 2,Make a horizontal ceiling, so that the shower head can be installed directly. can we put this in a steam shower?

Do you have to plug this into an outlet to switch the lights in or can you direct wire it ?

Does this mount flush to the ceiling, and if so when I cut open the ceiling what is the height needed?

Yes, this LED shower head is ceil mounted. If you use our explosion screws to fix shower head, the height required for shower head installation is about 7cm (the distance from the ceiling to the shower head panel).

Great Customer service

I had purchased two shower packages in Aug'22. One of them had some issue this May and I reached out to the seller. They were very prompt in addressing the issue and resolving the problem by sending a new one. Showers are definitely worth the money.
