I contacted Neat 1 week ago in reference to the scanner not working with the new neat software that I downloaded ( you don't get a cd anymore) and that I needed help to find out why it wasn't working.I received an automated response that someone would return my request in 3 days. Today is 7 days, no response! I will be contacting desertcart today to see about returning this product. .I need to also mention I have owned a NEAT DESKTOP SCANNER FOR 4 YEARS,(this was my second purchase) when the first one quit working properly, the only way I could get customer service was by paying a $39 fee for customer support.Only for them to tell me that the hardware had crashed.They could not repair it. I guess I should have learned from that experience, but I decided to give them a second chance. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Review: One Star - Horrible product and customer service is even worse! Don't waste your money!
