Very nice and thick seal. The double seal helps ensure no water gets through. The rubber itself is pretty thick. Hopefully it stands up well. I bought this for a 8ft mid-rise A.R.E. topper. I thought it was heavier than it was so this may have been overkill, bit oh well. A full summer of use and no signs of leaks from this seal/area.
