Pretty Good for No Calories
I decided to purchase the product after hearing about it from my mom. I followed the instructions rinsing off the product and then placing the noodles in the microwave for 1 minute. I added them to my dinner which consisted of chicken, tomato sauce, and some bell peppers I had cooked in a crock pot. They took on the flavor well and we're not gummy at all. Overall I would recommend them, I prefer the angel hair over the spaghetti. The reason I gave them 4 stars was that I prefer rice noodles to them but these are of course better for you.

Tried these because they were a better price than the Miracle Noodles I bought before
Tried these because they were a better price than the Miracle Noodles I bought before, and I liked that it came in a pack of only angel hair and spaghetti sized noodles (I never eat the "rice" that comes in other multipacks). As I mentioned in my review of Miracle Noodles, shirataki noodles are NOT traditional pasta, and you will be sorely disappointed if you buy them with that intention, though I think these are a closer match than MN's texture wise. I use this in Asian-style stir fries, and they're great for that. I could probably throw some marinara and meatballs on these, but it wouldn't be the same and honestly, I'd rather just throw marinara and meatballs on quinoa and eat a few less meatballs. For prep, I rinse thoroughly in a colander, boil for 2-3 minutes, then dry roast (I throw them in a hot cast iron pan for a few minutes). Then they're ready for sauce, meat, whatever you're throwing in. I don't have issues with smell or anything, I think the boiling really helps to get rid of the smell. They're filling, a nice way to round out more calorie-heavy meats, beef, etc. I eat them maybe once or twice a week. They're pretty nutritionally barren, so you definitely don't want to make these an every day thing unless you're seriously keeping an eye on your macros otherwise, but when my husband just can't live without eating a cheesesteak, I can cook the same meat and throw it in with a pack of these for me and have a reasonably filling dinner on my hands without cheesesteak calories. I can eat a full package in one sit, but I can eat a lot, so maybe other people could get away with half a pack. I don't know how well they reheat once they've been prepped. Will definitely be ordering these again.

Too slimy
I could not get past the slimy & almost translucent texture. Frankly it had a "wormy" appearance that grossed me out. However my husband said the taste was "not bad" but he would not want to serve it to guests.

Satisfies my noodle craving
Easy to prepare. A good rinsing gets rid of the odor. After rinsing, I put them in a hot saute pan to drive off the excess water. A good filler for a healthy meal. A little expensive, but well worth it..

I really liked the normal thickness noodles
I really liked the normal thickness noodles, but the angel hair ones I kind of have to force myself to eat. I tore through the former in about two weeks' time, and have spent the last month eating the remaining six angel hair packs. There's four still sitting in my fridge. The angel hair noodles are kind of mushy, and their texture is not as good.

Super KETO substitute for pasta
The texture is a slightly more rubbery than al dente pasta and the strands are long. Just chop them up on a plate. Open the bag, put it in a strainer, rinse well, drizzle with lemon juice or vinegar, mix a bit and rinse again and drain well. Any fishy smell from the preservative is neutralized by the acid and it has zero smell or flavor. Add to any hot dish or zap in a Microwife separately. It is already precooked. This is FANTASTIC addition to KETO diet where this texture and pasta in general is impossible to replicate by anything else. Pricey by this will be my go to "pasta". Have only tried the spaghetti and vermicelli.

ok, edible, but far from best available
Good value, but for not much more money, other brands are significantly better. These aren't so terrible I won't find a way to finish them, but I definitely will not reorder and will go back to my favorites: Well Lean or close second Skinny Pasta konjac noodles which are both far less rubbery and have no odor at all.

This is great as a filler for any dish you want to ...
This is great as a filler for any dish you want to make, specially for noddles & sauce. The main trick is just to wash them off well as they do smell directly from the package. Once in food, they either take on the taste or just compliment. Do a good job of filling you up.
