The parts appeared to be exactly as designed for the bed. They fit perfectly. The cost was reasonable. The customer service was excellent. Parts were delivered early. I will buy from them again if needed.

I am a heart and lung patient that is very dependent on my adjustable bed. When I broke the power cord to my bed while cleaning under it, I wasn’t sure how to repair it. I was unsuccessful I contact the manufacturer so I turned to Amazon. I purchased a replacement cord which Bradley’s furniture. It was shipped very quickly with expedited shipping, actually arriving before the expected date! When the cord arrived it did not work. There was sufficient material in the box with information about what to do if I encountered any difficulty. As requested, I texted them, got a response the same day, and received a replacemnet the very next day! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE,

The cost is overly expensive for a simple cord… but had to have it to make bed work. I repaired the old one the cat chewed so now I have a spare.
