A Great Tool
I used this tool a few times. This tools works as what it is attended for. It saves on the fingers and hand.

Works as advertised.
The only downside is its width, which can make things difficult if you're trying to install something in a 1 RU gap between existing switches if they stick out forward of the upright. This is not a flaw in the tool, but something to keep in mind.

Wish we had when we started our rack project.
We use to put the cage nuts in as well as remove them. Easy to use and saves on frustration and potential injury trying to put some of those cage nuts IN and it does work to remove them just as easily. Glad we bought this.

The right tool
I’ve torn up my fingers more than once trying to get equipment rack nuts in the slots. I just used this tool on a project and it worked perfectly.

Not flexible enough for pull through cage nut hole installation
I hope my description isn’t confusing, I am used to using the slim cage nut tool, reaching through the hole and grabbing the cage nut and ‘popping’ it into place. This device is not flexible at all and cannot install cage nuts in that manner.

It bent on my first use!
Disappointed in the sturdiness of the product. Specifically, the tip bent on my first attempt to use it.

complete garbage - waste of $
As others have commented, this tool is poorly built/designed. The metal bent within the first 30 minutes of use, rendering this tool useless. A screwdriver is 100x more effective and reliable.
