Every flask is individually leak tested. The design is printed on a commercial grade printer onto extremely durable 7 mil polyester. An acrylic UV-resistant coating is then applied for extra protection. These flasks are waterproof (hand wash only) and scratch resistant. The design wraps around the flask and overlaps in the back.
