I’m a long time bathroom remodeler and I decided to try this out. It installed easily as any system should. I love the water pressure and the ability to adjust it. I only installed two of the spray nozzles. I feel the nozzles are not as powerful as the rest of the system. Overall I’m pleased with this and hopefully it will last 20 years. Pricing is more realistic compared to others in the market. I recommend this!

Update!!! The issue we had was due to an error with the plumber's installation, not the shower system! I changed the review from a 1-star to a 4-star. I love the shower system, but a lot of the issues could have been resolved if the installation instructions had been clearer. The manufacturer is a little difficult to contact. There isn't a phone number to call and the answers (emails) come from China. Don't expect an immediate response. In our experience, when there is an issue and you are able to get in touch with the manufacturer, they will keep responding until the issue is resolved. The only other thing that could be beneficial is to add a small strip of material to make it easier to turn the know when it's wet. If you're taking a shower and want to adjust the water temp, it can be difficult to turn the know when your hands are wet. CAUTION!!! Do your research! We are doing a bathroom remodel and purchased this because of the three-way functionality of the heads. The bathroom was finally finished and we tried to use the shower but there's NO COLD WATER! The system only allows hot water through and I almost scalded myself. I've had our plumber back to try to adjust it but haven't had any luck. They've tried to contact the company but haven't heard back from them. We spent almost 30K remodeling a bathroom and shower but can't use the shower. It's very frustrating!!!!

I purchased two of these systems last year, in Aug, at the beginning of a big construction project- a 1000 sqft addition on our home. With delays and other unforseeables, we only just installed the shower systems last week and are still not completely finished. The install was easy and the pressure is amazing. The aesthetics are also amazing - they are perfect for the farmhouse chic look we’re going for. But what thrilled me even more, was the company. After installing, we realized we could not find the finish ring for one of the main heads. I reached out to the company, 10 months after the purchase, and received an immediate response, with tracking info and a message the replacement was on its way! They didn’t have to do that, but keeping their customer happy was the most important thing to them and that meant the world to me. Look into this company’s products if you’re looking for quality products for great prices and superb customer service. You won’t be disappointed.

First off, I’m a general contractor in California specializing in insurance losses so I have made a lot of money off failed or improperly installed shower valves. The product looks very solid, not cheap at all and I’ve seen similar products run in the $1500 range from delta or moen. So I’m pleased with the quality/value but still cautiously optimistic to see how it will hold up over the next 10-15 years. Installation was easy-ish, but I’m a contractor and a typical homeowner might have some difficulty. The mounting of the drop ear for installing the shower head, hand held and body jets is not super accurate. If u mount it according to the instructions, the pipe nipple on the hand held and the shower head will be too short, (especially if ur wall is not plumb and you have to set your tile a little thick) so you have to install those drop ear fittings above the substrate not flush with. Anyway, once installed, it seems to work great with plenty of pressure. Time will tell if the unit holds up, but I’m hoping for the best.

I love the faucet set. We installed it about 6 months ago. GREAT pressure! Very sturdy! I am starting to notice the paint coming off in some spots which is very upsetting because that means it’s going to come off eventually so it’ll have to be replaced. And I’m sure they won’t replace it. But for now it’s looks amazing (besides the paint wearing off) and we absolutely love it! The kids love it as well! 2 stars because I will have to replace due to the paint coming off.
