Ok, so my cats won't wear hat and take it off. The neck collar is great and roomy to fit over existing collar with their name tags. I feel because they are use to wearing collar that this is why accepted wearing the xmas one. Hat definitely NOT. Had I started as kittens Yeah maybe. Material is nice but keeping them warm as opinion asked definitely NO. I had collar like this for years with my deceased kitty and she wore it every xmas and never had issues. Now my 2 boys wear them and have no issues so hopefully next year they'll feel the same like my Rootbeer did for 15 yrs wearing xmas collar.

You get exactly what you see and it's fantastic. I loved it. My cats? not so much! but they looked cute. My kitties were kittens so I would recommend the neck ruffle for a smaller/slimmer cat, despite it having some stretch. The hat can fit the chonkiest of chonkers.

Where to begin... how about quality. It's super cheap. The material is that junk Santa hat material you are likely to find at the dollar store or in some clearance bin somewhere. It's plush & soft, but not in a nice cozy way. The collar is nothing more than a scrunchie with some gold bells sewn into it. The hat, oh the flippn' hat. What a joke. I hate the hat. To start, it is missing the most important feature, holes for the animals ears. The moment I saw that, I knew this was probably going to be a problem. Turns out it was an even bigger problem than I ever would have imagined. I started with my cats. The scrunchie is easy enough. Just slip it over the cats head. The hat has an adjustable elastic which is nice. Get this fitted properly onto the cat. Hmmm, it wont sit right 'cause the cat has those cute little pointy triangle shaped protrusions called ears. Try to put the hat forward & it just falls off. Okey Dokey, put the hat behind the ears. Oh yeah, now we're talking! The hat promptly slides back & off my cats head to hang around his neck like a collar. Off he went. I caught up with him & his dangling hat pendant necklace. What a f'n joke.So cats are a no go. How about English Angora bunnies? I love putting my bunnies in costumes. They are handled constantly so they are used to my shenanigans. The bunny in the photo I included was NOT happy at all. What you can't tell, is that in order to get the hat to sit the way that it is, the elastic is going through the middle of her ears & right behind & almost in her right eye. The only other option that worked with this hat was to stuff BOTH of her beautiful ears inside the hat making her a cone head. Trust me, it didn't look good. As for the scrunchie, it's kinda lost in all of that lovely fluff.So, do I recommend this little festive set for your pet whatever? Nope. I sure don't. Look for something with ear holes. You and your pet whatever will be so much happier for it.Made in CHINA.

This is a cute costume for a cat or a toy breed dog. This fit on both my 6 month old kitten and my 6 pound dog. I have to admit that neither my cat nor my dog were too thrilled about the hat, haha.The hat is made well, but it really just depends on the animal when it comes to hats. Some pets don't mind and others will kill anything in their path when you try to put one on them. My cat falls under the violent category. My dog isn't too fond of hats, but she doesn't spaz out like my cat does.I am just going to stick w/the ruffled collar because my cat didn't seem to mind that as much. It just took him a minute to get use to it. The collar just slips over the head and is elastic around the neck. The 4 bells aren't too obnoxious. They tinkle softly.The color of the ruffled collar goes really well w/my cat's grey fur.

This is a very cute little set with an emphasis on the "little". I have a very tiny 3.5 lb maltipoo and I have never found another of these holiday "ruff" type collars that fit her until now. She has a neck measurement of 7.5 inches and this fits her with a little room to spare but it isn't super big like others I have tried for her. It fits my 12 lb Pomeranian as well, he has a neck measurement of 10 inches and I would not use it on a dog with a neck measurement bigger than that. The hat is adorable but again, I must stress that this is a little hat, I would say it would fit a cat, and it is a little large for my tiny dog but would it fit your 20 lb dog? Not likely. It does fit my 12 lb Pom perfectly but Poms don't have very big heads. If you have a large headed dog like a pug that weighs the same 12 lbs as my dog it will be too small. The circumference of the hat band is 11.25 in. It has an elasticized adjustable band that holds it on but it does not have ear holes for your pups ears to stick thru like some of my other hats do. It's not the most expensive looking hat set I have but it is very cute and I will definitely be using it for Christmas pics.

The size is ideal for small size animals, such as cats, small dogs, and rabbits. It is easy to put on your pet. The hat is 8.5" tall, with the bottom girth at 10.2". The collar can be stretched from 8.5"-13.5". It would be ideal to measure your pet before purchase, to make sure this will fit since it's on the smaller side. The costume is made from soft and non-toxic materials. Our puppy found it to be comfortable. We also tried it on our smaller cat and she enjoyed it as well. I highly recommend it, for the holiday season!
