I really love these 8x10 baking sheets with racks. I use them frequently for cooking. For example, I will salt/spice steak/chicken/fish and leave it on one until I'm ready to cook. Afterwards, I will let meat rest on the second one. This keeps things tidy, hygienic, and the air-flow around the meat is ideal. The size is very useful for three chicken breasts or two good-sized rib-eyes. They are, of course, great for many other uses as well. The racks are well made and sturdy. I've bought a second pair for myself and one for my girlfriend!

Love these baking sheets. They fit my small oven perfectly in my range cooker. Cleaning is easy and the racks are really useful

I got the smallest size 9"x7"x1" (pair). Perfect for reheating or cooking small portions, cooling brown bread loaf, resting cooked steak. No tinfoil needed for cooking those messy things, like grilled kippers or mackerel. These are rigid, well made and *solid* (~0.75mm sheet for tray, 1.5mm and 3mm Ø wire rack), I think I could probably stand on one and not do much damage. There's a small gap around the outer rolled lip of the tray, nothing major. Rack sits at about half depth of the tray. Good overall depth should mean no heat warping as with larger or shallow trays. Update after 10 months: all good, minor discolouration as expected with stainless steel. These can be cleaned, though no need yet (vitreous enamel dishes are better for heavy duty cooking in this respect).

I've bought this mainly to use as meat/fish cooling rack, although it's totally adequate as baking tray as well. The rack is very sturdy, much better than other racks I have. It's easy to wash, it's right size for 2 steaks + tongs, just what I needed. As desribed, it's made from stainless steel (magnetic as it should be for 18/0), supposedly it will stain faster and is less durable than more expensive 18/10 - I'll update the review if this happens.

Good trays, but a lot smaller than I thought they were going to be.

Bought it for Christmas to cook our beef wellington and worked a charm, fit perfectly into our standard household oven. Great value for money and wrapped up well, zero damage and very easy to clean

These are fantastic!! For resting chicken or steaks or even prepping meat, they’re great. Also for individual portions of bacon or sausages in the oven meaning you don’t have to use a whole oven tray! Seem sturdy and have warped or rusted so far, in really good nick!

Lo compré hace unas semanas y es justo lo que buscaba. La calidad me parece bien, robusto. No lo utilizo para hornear, simplemente lo utilizo para el mis en place etc. Por el momento muy contento.

Acquistata per essere usata nella mia friggitrice ad aria .. la uso come teglia ,oppure con griglia per cuocere carne , pollo , ecc .. raccogliendo grasso nella teglia evitando di sporcare altro ..metto sempre un po’ d’acqua nella teglia per evitare fumo. Inoltre la griglia può essere usata anche per far raffreddare croissant, biscotti appena sfornati ecc.

Racks not checkered and pans came with a blue adhesive wrap that was impossible to remove. There is still some stick under the lip of the pans which makes them unsafe to use
