The function of it is ok and as described but after some use (ie a few weeks) the ridge making contact with your neck starts to fall in slightly due to the foam material. For the price I would say this is quite poor.

It looks ages to come and when I received it I was surprised in a bad way,as it was a tiny piece of hard foam,without even a proper package, already chipped and that actually gives my neck more pain. It definitely doesn't worth the money I paid

I bought this for my spouse who has bad neck pain. They used to use a different one but it was uncomfortable for them. This one hits all the spots and gives great relief and stretch without causing pain. The extra pads help to reach the neck without straining.

Due to crap posture I look a bit like a haggard witch, but I think with this I’m on my way to fixing the humpy neck - there was a noticeable difference after using it for just 5min!
