SundanceSpas Flow Switch: 3/4" Tee Fitting Without Cable

If you get an FL1 error on a Jacuzzi spa, check for this part somewhere near the heater. If while the water is flowing through the circulation pump you get infinite resistance with a multimeter across its terminals, then replace it with this part and that should fix it. Worked perfectly for me, and was literally 1/3 the price that the local spa had it for (and they would have had to order it anyway). You get the PCV T housing too, but I just unscrewed the old one and screwed just the switch part into the old housing, with teflon tape. Pay attention to the flow arrow.

Was a perfect fit and just had to remove the new flow control valve from the new pvc t-fitting and then tape it and thread it into the existing pvc t-fitting Did not have to replace any wires or anything else (did drain enough water out to get below the level of the flow control valve). So far it fixed the problem of the "FLO" message coming on and the heater now comes on everything works. Happy so far.

Got the dreaded flow switch error message and was able to determine that the flow switch was bad. I bought this assembly but I just unscrewed the switch from the t-connector and screwed it into where the old one was and it immediately fixed the problem.

The part looks like it is a direct replacement for my spa, but the magnet for the sensor to work arrived unattached and broken.

Original flow switch in Sundance Cameo spa functioned for over twenty years before failing open. Replacement from flow switch OEM failed closed after one year. Manufacturer quality may not be what it once was.

Fit my 1993 CalSpa like a glove - everything fired right-up and has been working flawlessly for a couple months now. Will buy again when my flow switch needs to be replaced in the future.

Seemed like it was well made, but it failed the first time I used it and is now stuck "closed", meaning the switch is constantly energized. Returned for refund.

Part was as described and same as the original part. Well packed but easy to get into.I had an F1 flow alarm on my Sundance Spa and after trying all way to fix it, this was next logical step. Ended up with a circuit problem, so trust your meters when they say it good believe it.
