I've had this since 10th of August and i must say it's by far the best lead i ever thought of buying and chew proof. Before i had a leather lead which was chewed on simply because my doggo was never trained on a leash before he was sold to me. So this lead is extremely great for tactical training/ health and safety training and running random drills to raise awareness from my doggo. Which does an excellent job.I will be purchasing more of these shortly for my other buddies as gifts for their doggos.He get attention not only because of him but his lead is attracting attention from police and dog walkers alike so he's certainly turning heads and others have questioned me about the lead so it appears that it's quite stylish to them as it is for my doggo.These leads are better on L, XL & XXL dogs than smaller dogs in my opinion as it does hold some weight to it. However i do have 3x spring bungee shock absorbers & 3x bungee shock cords which prevents major pain to both me and my doggo when he/me pulls one another. So with 6x those plus the effect of the chain it does sort of lob side his harness. But it works wonders for me and for him.

This is the second day of using the collar and lead.I have found the lead itself is about 12” too long, I have had to put a ‘loop’ in the middle for my own custom situation.Also in this cold weather my hand goes numb from the coldness from the chain, even though I’m wearing gloves.... I consider myself a strong 6’2” 16 stone bloke, but it’s uncomfortable at the moment, but I will persevere for the secuity of my dog in this dog theft world, hence why I purchased the item in the first place.

This lead is just what I needed for our 45kg Bucovina shepherd dog who chewed through two Halti style leads.I would have given five stars but as you can see from the picture, I've only had the lead 5 days and it is showing signs of substandard plating on all links and showing rusty.If it's a bad batch then Ooops, if this is the standard then the plating process needs a higher QA standard.If the vendor would like to reply I'd be happy to hear.Other than that it's a nice heavy piece of kit, does the job but let down by the finish.Steve

It a solid chain but had to send it back . I have arthritis and found it to heavy to hold but husband who does not have arthritis also thought it was heavy. Daughter said it made the dog ( Dalmatian) look vicious.

All good and sturdy, nice length as well, but the collar is to small, still a good product though, just only use the lead..

Having read reviews(which I always do)I ordered this and I am so glad I did,this is a fantastic lead to control a very energetic malinois!

Broke when my dog pulled luckily we just got to our gate when it just snapped.

I love this lead it’s chunky and very strong, good length for training I feel in control when I take my German Shepard out for her walks
