Punching bag
Excellent quality, heavy bag I bought the 4 piece set my son loves it Would recommend and I’d buy again

Well rounded kit
The bag itself is of good enough quality for the money, I do wonder how long it’ll last but it’s a punch bag, it’s going to take some beating. Gloves are fine, are of good quality but you might want to buy better bag gloves down the line. Quality of the other components such as wall mount is pretty good and sturdy. Feels like it’ll take a lot more weight when on the wall. I bought a heavy strap from Amazon to hang the bag from the joists in the garage so I can position the bag away from the wall more than if I used the wall mount. Not sure about the gimmicky additional stuff like the mini gloves etc but no other real kits exist on Amazon for a reasonable cost. Overall great value for money and good quality kit.

Kickboxing bag
The bag arrived on time. No brackets included which was a disappointment as I thought it was included. However, the quality of the bag is good.

It's good value for 70% of guys
Good for a non tough guy full swings folds in half but still good value for money possible to reinforce it.... I still recommend for teens women and men that are not bare knuckle trained growing up.

Not as listing !
Listing says filled weight 25kg- actual filled weight is only 17.6kg Boxing mitts are tiny child size- definitly not for an Adult. No instructions supplied for the Frame Frame packaging and headline for listing says suitable to hang maximum weight of 100Ibs - about 45kg where as maximum weight of bag when correctly filled says 50-60kg. Further om listing says 100kg so take your pick? Delivery left in mud with damaged packaging not where they said it was left so had to go out and hunt for it.

Would only buy for the bag
I’d highly recommend just buying a bag and sourcing your own bracket and gloves. The bracket is not suitable for hanging a bag and after one 30 minute session it has already broken free from the brick due to the amount of movement in the bracket. The gloves are very, very basic. They have no padding at all on the thumb and instead of featuring Velcro straps, have a non-adjustable piece of elastic that you need to slip your hand past. To top things off, the bag weighs 20kg NOT 25kg. I would be retuning this if it wasn’t such a faff to do so.

Ein wirklich gut geschnürtes Anfänger Paket. Es ist eine Stabile und einfach konstruierte Wandhalterung mit schrauben und Dübeln sowie ein Paar Boxhandschuhe und natürlich der große Boxsack dabei. Eben alles was man für das Training und das etup zuhause benötigt. Der Boxsack selbst wirkt sehr stabil und ist doch schwerer als gedacht. Insgesammt macht alles einen Qualitativ guten Eindruck und spaß macht es auch Boxübungen daran auszuüben. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung.
