Will the zipper pouch hold a standard size altoids tin?

No an Altoids tin is too thick to try and get in there. You may have good luck if you don't put anything in the front pockets but that defeats the point.

Who makes the cool pen and flashlights in the product pictures?

The pens and other tools are not provided with the organizer. I found one of the pens by using creative search terms, like "bolt pen with lever clip," "steampunk bolt pen with screwdriver," etc. I did find the "like "MecArmy TPX8 Mini Titanium/Brass Bolt Action Tactical Pen, Keychain Tactical Pen with 1 D Key Ring (Brass)," which is a dead ringer for one of the items shown. Now it's your turn to search for what you want. Use your imagination. You might even find something cool you didn't know you were looking for. Or direct your question to the seller, and not to a simple buyer. Oh, and by the way, the pouch is pretty cool, too.
