What are the interior dimensions? Will fit a flank steak or large brisket, short ribs? Looks like steak size really.

You might need to cut the flank steak in half, - large brisket for sure. It's an excellent container for filets, strips and things of this size. I will be ordering the next size up soon and pull out which ever one will be best that night.

Can i put 2 racks of st. louis style pork ribs in this? it looks kinda small.

Probably not unless they are very small. You could cut each rack in half, repackage and try them in all lined up like this llll
