Good build quality and affordable
Good quality. Easy to set passwords. Used ozone hardwares before which were very good. Decided to go with it this time as priced well compared to other brands we used before. I guess they don't have service station in Odisha yet. Hope I won't need it, and seller would support when needed.

Not good product
This locker is not worth the money, the lock gets stuck in just 3 months of usage but was managing to open it, but now just 2days the warranty is over the locker is not opening , when contacted customer care they are charging 400 + 18% gst to get it opened. I would. It recommends this product to anyone.

Solid build and good looks, but has limitations
The product feels sturdy and has an attractive appearance. However, the rotating knob could be better quality - it feels a bit flimsy for a security product. Works fine for what it is, but I'd only recommend this for temporary storage of non-valuable items. Don't use it for cash, jewelry, or other valuables - the security level isn't sufficient for permanent storage of important items. Good for organizing documents or basic storage needs, but invest in something more robust if you need real security. Bottom line: Decent for the price, but manage your expectations on security.

Value for money safe vault
The product came as shown in the picture and very good finishing and sturdiness as the weight of 10.24 kg itself suggests. The inside space is also very much sufficient for a household purpose. The operation is very smooth and easy. On delivery first time opening the door was jammed but then after contacting customer support they immediately logged a case and with in 3-4 hrs the technician called and helped how to open the door. There was some door alignment issue he found so he himself arranged for another technician visit who next day itself called for coming on site. So that reflects the quick service and good quality of support system also in place. All in all very happy with the product.
