Love the way this lantern looks when it is lit up. It is lightweight and gives off a pretty patterned glow when it is on. It uses batteries which is great so you can place on a shelf without worrying about dangling power cord. I’ve accidentally forgotten to turn it off at night and I was glad to see that it was not even warm to the touch which is fantastic!

This lamp is so pretty. It gives such a pretty ambiance to the room. I have it hanging in between rooms in an archway.

The first night it was beautiful the second night not so much. Lights were dim and on the third night no lights at all.

I actually like this lamp and we are using it on our outdoor dining table. It adds a nice look in the day and a nice subtle ambient lighting in the evening. When it is lit the designs in the metal cast an intricate shadow in everything. I think it gives it a romantic feel to it. Just looking at it, it appears very exotic looking, like maybe it was from Indonesia or somewhere. I think this is also part of the reason I am so fond of it. On closer inspection you can see that the craftsmanship is lacking. Some of the metal panels are not lines up quite straight and are not uniform. It is pretty lightweight, but has a wide base so its actually pretty stable. The worst part is that the battery compartment is very cheap. Think about the battery compartments on dollar store items...yes, its truly that bad. It has a place for a screw to securely close it, but no screw was provided. I have older children, but you may want to be extra cautious if you have kids in that mischievous age. It takes 3 AAA batteries that are not included.For me it really comes to the price. It currently doesn't have a suggested price so it is hard to judge the value and quality. If this ends up being priced higher than $20 I would give it 3 stars if it is lower than I give it 4 stars. At the end of the day it is a very pretty light. I like the portability of it as well. It would be great for take out date night. We sometimes throw a plastic fold up table in the back of the truck and stop to get take out before driving on the beach to enjoy dinner. Next time I am sure this light will be with us!

Nice. Lightweight. Nice sized. A little overpriced for what it is.

This lamp is so cute nice nite light images from lamp bounces of the ceiling and wall just wish it was a tad bit brighter but I will b purchaseing another one 👍

The light is for my table in the back porch and gives the right amount of light for relaxation & conversations.
