Better quality than you would think. Well worth it
Wow! Can I believe the quality for the price. Very happy. They came the next day. They are Basu company which I love, They work well both on carpet and floor . They have versatile because you can use either side for carpet or floor. And they came well packaged both in its own box, plastic packaging and then well padded inside a padded envelope as well! Definitely would work with this company again!

Perfect for quick body weight workouts
I use these regularly for workouts with my dancers in class, and they’re perfect. They slide smoothly, feel sturdy, and work well for a variety of strength, core, and conditioning exercises. They’re lightweight, easy to store, and hold up well with repeated use. My dancers enjoy using them, and they’ve been a great addition to our training routines. Works well for Mobility Movement exercises
Simple fitness tool, surprisingly well-priced, from a brand that we already see all over the gym. Glides easily and so far seems durable. 5-stars!

Quality Build/Sturdy Sliders
These sliders are nice and sturdy, they blue color is nice too. The plastic side has good material thickness, and the fabric side has a sturdy foam. I use mine on Vynil floors and they slide well without being overly slippery, this allows for a good offset in weight distribution between non sliding and sliding leg. Easy to use, good size for foot placement without being too small or too large. Got them on a deal, so definitely worth the cost.

Oval might have been better
It is a little small for my foot. I need to do heel glides after my knee surgery. It slides easily on pur floors. Suggest getting an oval if you're doing heel glides.
