PowerMadd 34455 Black Sentinel Handguard Mirror Kit (Fixed/Fold In)

Just retired my hard Enduro KTM this season and decided to street legal a 2 stroke hoon bike AKA a Supermoto.. Needed the mirrors to make the CT DOT happy and saw these. They fit almost perfectly on a 2015 KTM 300XC and I "hard mounted" on the left side to stay on the right side of the law.. Yea buddy Mixxin' Gas & Haulin' A55!

Fit good enough mirror to see behind you without being cumbersome.

Okay, so the look of these is awesome. I absolutely love having no big mirror sticking out of my handlebars. But, on the downside, you can't really see anything behind you. They are adjustable, yes, but you definitely cannot see when a vehicle is approaching you at all from behind. So, they are essentially pointless if you actually need to use them. But, if your state requires them and you do not utilize them, these are perfect

Easy install, works well in both positions.

I threw these on my quad because I hate looking behind me to check if any of my crazy friends are approaching me from behind. Visibility is ok and the price is fine by me. I installed them in a fixed position and ditched the fold in option. If I wanna take them off it’s just one bolt and nylon washer. Relatively inexpensive and looks great.

Basically useless. If law in your state requires mirrors and you'd rather not have mirrors than these are ok for fulfilling that requirement. But as far as function; 2 thumbs down. Can hardly see anything. Requires way too much attention to figuring out what's going on behind you. Also they sort of point in odd directions and the rotating adjustment does not fix that. I had them mounted correctly on ALL matching equipment. I was ok with them for a few days when I was feeling like some sort of rebel, but ultimately I put my stupid looking stock mirrors back on and threw these in the garbage. Not even worth returning, which is probably their plan.
