Most disappointing product.there is hardly any plant.its so tiny n fragile. Image doesn't match with what I received. Don't get fooled with the image shown.

The plant was received in good condition. It is healthy and not very small unlike those sent by some nurseries. Only thing was the growing medium being very sandy and dry spilled out of the pot in transit. As the plant is hardy, it was not affected. The box was properly marked showing the top so there was not much problem in taking the pot out. Thanks for the plant!

Plant is in very good condition but packaging is bad because the soil is out of the pot when recieved

Received in very small size, only two leaves, also the packaging was not good enough , all the sand was dispersed inside the package ,plant soil was only sand , pot size is very tiny ,i expected atleast medium size n plant with atleast a trail but okay , let's see how it survives in Mumbai weather

The plant strings are so delicate and thin that one can easily tear it by mistake while unpacking it. I don’t think this should be sold online as it can really disappoint the receiver. There isn’t any special unpacking instructions too and it was a bit stressful to open it as it was hard to tell which side to to open from

The plant was good and alive although a small one but it was beautifully packed and i would definitely look out for more plants from this seller. I only hope the plant will grow. Thank you because i have found lot of sellers when it comes to plants show something and send something else but this was perfect. value for money for a rare plant.

Got one string only 4 or 5 big leaves and all very small leaves, filled in a small pot with dry sand spilled all over the package. This was one of my favorite plants and got an heart attach after opening the package. very bad packaging. Seller doesn't have basic understanding of online packaging, the plant has to survive without water and sunlight for at least a week and they are sending a beautiful plant in dry sand. have no idea whether the plant would survive. felt very disappointed.
