Slate Wrist with Pencil

Bought this for a notepad while running. I'm a big fan of how easy it is to modify, and it's comfortable even after a couple hours of sweating all over it. The pencil has no trouble working no matter how messy I've gotten everything. Solid buy.

Great wrist slate, best I have owned to date, simple yet functional. I'll list the Pros and Cons Pros: great price, good graphite pencil, no fancy hing gadget just simple bungee cord makes for easy repair if needed, fits arm contour well Cons: the Velcro arm/wrist strap is pretty crappy I removed it and replaced it with 2 small bungee cords so it'll fit whether I'm wearing a reef or dry suit, the cap that holds the nice pencil to the bungee doesn't hold the pencil well I pulled mine off squeezed some epoxy in it and it holds great now Overall I am pleased and would recommend, however it is not "one size fits all" I'm sure you'll doe some upgrades to it but for the price you really can't complain

Write your heading for navigation, important times, or the pressure to turn the dive at. Easy to read even in low light. But beyond that... SCUBA + "sign language" = I feel dumb. I hate when my fellow divers try to say something beyond "Are you OK?" or "how much air" I'm always left scrambling for their meaning. With this, I can pass them the pencil and they can write their concern clearly instead of hopelessly waving their hands in front of this fool. Also, with the extra pages, you can preload a couple of jokes. Careful of your victim though, they might spit their reg. ;^}

Only issue is that the pencil was snapped on arrival. Easy fix, works great, everybody in the group wants one.

Perfect. You have 6 writing surfaces. The pencil that comes with it seems to be a little bit below par but other wise a good pencil. Comes with a wrist velcro band and 2 bungees that you can use. I use mine for taking notes underwater or giving instructions.

The pen dropped out of it during first dive, probably I got hooked behind it when adjusting my BCD. Disappointed. Otherwise great to have some panels on your arm to work with.
