Tore after one hour of west.
These socks are very thin and only 35% wool.They are neither warm or durable.

NOT super thick!!!
Although well made these are NOT " thick, winter socks ". You would have to wear 3 pairs to get " thick winter" socks. I usually don't trash much from Amazon and I can always return but I'll " eat it ". So if you do buy beware of the fact they aren't thick winter socks that's all.

Too small for me
Unfortunately they did not work for my size 12 foot, and came up too short on the ankle. I returned the socks and was promptly issued a refund. thank you!
