I recently added the FPS Freek Inferno to my PS4 controller, and it’s a total game-changer! The thumbsticks provide incredible height and precision, making aiming in shooters much smoother and more accurate. The textured surface feels amazing and gives a solid grip, even during long gaming sessions. I immediately noticed better control in fast-paced games, and it really helped me improve my reaction time. Installation is super easy, and they stay firmly in place – no slipping at all. Plus, the Inferno design looks awesome on the controller. Definitely worth it for any serious gamer looking to gain that extra edge!

Why the 4-star review instead of 5: After removing and placing a Kontrol Freek on my right stick for Rainbow Six Siege and then transferring it to my left stick for MLB: The Show, I realized there was damage to my thumbsticks. My solution is to simply have one controller for use of Kontrol Freeks on a left stick and one controller for use of Kontrol Freeks on a right stick. An even better option is to invest in the Dual Sense Edge or a professional controller equivalent to remove the thumbsticks with the Kontrol Freeks on them and place them where they're wanted/needed. A 5-star Kontrol Freek, in my opinion, is one that can wrap around your thumbstick and be secure without damaging the thumbstick after removal and placement. The people who have shown complaints about this product ruining their thumbsticks remove and replace them too regularly. If you're playing a competitive game and invest in Kontrol Freeks, I would also invest in the ability to replace your sticks with the Dual Sense Edge or another equivalent capable of doing so. If not, then I recommend to LEAVE THE KONTROL FREEKS ON FOR THAT SPECIFIC DEFAULT CONTROLLER. I wrote a similar review for my Galaxy Kontrol Freeks. I believe they're both on par in terms of performance and grip on your thumb. However, the Inferno has 4 clasps or ridges (the pieces that grab the thumbstick on its sides) that are very firm and unforgiving when removing and placing.

have used these for a few games of Fortnite and can tell these help a lot with my aim, and helps the bad grip on ps5 controller joysticks. would 100% recommend

I had heard of this product a few years ago but never bought any because I thought it was probably just a cheap plastic gimmick. I was wrong. If you play shooter games, you NEED this. Fortnite, COD, APEX, etc. I'm an older casual gamer who really only plays Fortnite on the weekends but these DO work very well. I'm not really a top-notch player but I do well in my matches. Some people say that these take some time getting used to. Not for me. The very first time using these I noticed a BIG difference in my aim and accuracy. I bought a 2-pack of the high-rise Infernos and put one on each of my two PS5 controller's right thumb-sticks. What you put on your left thumb-stick (if anything) is up to you. My left's just have a standard rubbery non-raised cap for extra traction. A few reviewers said that they fall off all of time but I've had NO issue with that at all. They stay secured as long as you install them correctly. If you want to improve your aim and accuracy, BUY THESE. They're worth it!!!

Looked like the box had already been opened. Like it was repackaged. So far the controller works great just alittle suspicious that it was a refurbished controller and not a new one
