Assembling took almost an hour as instructions were very vague & no video demo available.Besides that great chair.

My experience with the chair after about 3 months of use has been quite good. I spend about 6-8 hours on my work days on this chair with almost no strain.. It's pretty decent on comfort. There were however a few aspects which I felt were missing. Let me break it down for you-*The good*1. Build Quality is pretty good. All elements such as levers, seat, base, wheels etc are professionally made. It's only been 3 months so keeping my finger crossed.2. Multi Angle Locking system - Can lock the chair in 4 positions according to your work mode3. Sliding seat works well for under thigh support4. Seating does not rise when you recline. No fear of toppling over.5. Very easy to install and set upWhat could have been better1. Only one way adjustments i.e. horizontal adjustments to the head/neck rest, lumbar support and hand rests. Chairs at 6k price range allow more versatile adjustments. Comfort from these elements are limited.2. Wheel locks so that it doesn't roll back would have been good at this priceVerdict: After months of research online, I found this chair checked most of my boxes. However, if you have the time, do some research offline as well - you might something with similar features at a better price. Should you plan to buy a chair online, this is a pretty good buy!

Pros:1. Chair is easy to assemble2. Height adjustable, seat slide option available and adjustable hand rest3. Decent neck supportCons:1. Chair is on the expensive side2. Quality is decent not super as compared to price4. Hand rest length is small5. Lumber support is just for the sake of name, after a usage of few hours it automatically slides down, and then you have to manually adjust it every time. There should be a lock mechanism for lumbar support6. The wheelbase is huge which can be reducedAfter 4 months of usage the lumber support broke down, upon checking with the customer care they informed me that they don't have any replacement or repair for this chair. They don't even have a spare part because they recently started selling chairs and I assume that's why they seemed to be so customer focused but now all seems to be a failure. It comes with 2 years warranty but I don't think that will be of any use because they will not support you if any repairs required.

Everything is worst n waste of spending so much money on this

Just been 4 months and already one arm is broken. In spite of tightening the screws the right arm does not stay in position and comes out of the socket. Now I use the chair without one arm. Really disappointed with the product quality. For the price charged I expected atleast the quality to be good. Utterly disappointing!! Hope the feedback goes to deck up and they do something about fixing the arm.================================Update(25th March):Thanks to Deck-Up team who reached out to me directly after this review to identify the problem and we found that washers for the screws were missing due to which the arm rest was not sitting intact. They quickly couriered a completely new set of screws and washers. I have fixed them and the arm rest in now firmly sitting in place.Update Dec, 2022Hardly lasted for 2 yrs for a product which was 16k when I bought. I've been having issues since the product was bought. Initially it was with arm rest which deck up team provided spares. Then the middle suspension rod started slipping downwards and eventually touching the floor. I fixed this myself. But then the base started getting weak and I fell from the chair causing a minor accident as the base broken down completely. Please refer to the pics attached. Highly disappointed with the quality of these parts for the price they charge. Chairs which are less than 3k have better build quality and lasts longer.. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I have been using this chair for the past 5-7 days and I am really impressed with it. The chair was delivered in a good condition. It was packaged well. The installation was hassle-free and. With the tools supplied and the instructions, I was able to install the chair within 30 mins. I spend about 6 hours every day working from home and this seating arrangement has really been good for me with adjustable armrest, lumbar support, headrest.I would most certainly recommend this chair.
