I have a cold right now and this nasal spray is making life bearable for me. Usually when I have a cold, it turns into post-nasal drip which triggers my gag reflex. I will skip the details and conclude with the fact that I often end up in the hospital. It's that bad. This cold started to meander into post-nasal drip territory. I had this spray already as I have been searching for something to help with spring allergies, so I started spraying away. It has helped keep my sinuses remarkably clear and clean, and as a result, I have much less post-nasal drip, my throat hurts less and I have less indigestion. I have to use it a lot more than the package indicates, but I figure the package is written for healthy people who aren't currently snot factories. I have both this spray and the non 'plus' spray and I prefer this one by far. The 'taste' is different when it (inevitably) hits the back of your throat a little bit. Much more pleasant. Plus, the peppermint and menthol provide an extra boost to sinus-clearing. And of course, that is also a pleasant scent to have lingering in the nostrils. Ahhhhh, peppermint. I will have to re-review this come allergy season, but so far, so 'thank god I bought this.' Edit: A couple of years later, and I've kinda accidentally forgotten about this as an allergy help and instead use it to prevent and treat colds. I have survived con seasons using this. I spray it before I go into the con and then I flush with it afterwards. That, combined with oral GSE, Wet Ones for my hands and Yin Qiao and I have been con-crud-free for years. :) Edit: December 2019 and this is still basically a gift from God. Whenever my husband starts getting a cold I make him spray this and the throat spray they sell and poof, cold gone. I do the same thing. It's literally a life saver for me since I'm immunocompromised. It's part of what I call my "external immune system" and I'm so grateful for it!

This is my 2nd bottle and the product works well. It helped me stop using nasal decongestant sprays. This bottle, however, did not come with a hole at the top of the nozzle, so I am unable to spray. Unfortunately, I had already discarded my first bottle. Can someone please help me by either sending me a new nozzle piece or a new bottle? I am not able to return this type of product for refund.

PERMANENT CURE FOR 25 YEARS OF SINUSITIS/CHRONIC SINUS& EAR INFECTION. I bought this on a whim... browsing Amazon with insomnia one night 6 months ago. I didn't even think it would do much but what could it hurt? IT IS INCREDIBLE! I've been completely cured for 6 months! NOTHING has ever done that. The first few days I used it I felt a burning sensation (not bad but just itchy) all the way up to my skull. It wasn't painful but it was obvious that this was doing something. In mere seconds I could breathe. To be honest, I didn't think much more of it the first week because I have had other products give temporary relief. Constant sinus infections for a few years. All sorts of antibiotics, prednisone, Flonase, Claritin, Allegra, etc. Nada. One side of my nose always stuffed up, post nasal drip, boatloads of mucus, more tissues than you can ever imagine. I have been eating healthy, organic for most of my life, so why was this an issue? Went gluten-free/modified Paleo a couple years ago, and lost the 20 lbs I'd been trying to lose for years to no avail - but still had the sinus mess. Spent hundreds on all sorts of supplements. Of course did the neti pot and all sorts of nasal wash stuff. Tried the xylitol spray, the oregano spray, olive leaf spray ... all the stuff that people raved about did nothing. Candida diet, expensive probiotics, NOW's Candida Cleanse, NAC, etc. etc. etc. Still nothing. I always felt it was a fungal infection, not bacterial. Doctors don't know what they are talking about. I have read so many things, tried pretty much everything. Or so I thought. Then a couple weeks ago I read the study the Mayo Clinic did that said most sinus infections ARE fungal - but sinus fungals are hard to get rid of - and drugs to address it were far away. I DON'T WANT MORE DRUGS! So then I read about GSE, and searched on Amazon and found this product. Has some xylitol, lots of good herbs and the GSE. I decided to add NOW's Olive Leaf extract and buy another bottle of their Candida Cleanse for good measure. Two days after I started using this, my left nostril that had been totally blocked up for months opened up for a few hours. WOW! Then the next day it was stuffed again. But I kept using this stuff and the other 2 items. And it has progressively gotten better over the past couple weeks. Not always clear, but as I type this I am breathing thru both sides of my nose right now, and when I sleep my on my right side my left nostril does not stuff up all night. INCREDIBLE! I am not sure if it is the combo of the three things that are addressing what I do believe has been a fungal infection. But I am so freaking happy I can breathe! Will keep using all three products. I will write this company a letter and tell them how grateful I am. If you've tried all sorts of things like me and think nothing will work - give this a shot. It just *may* be the answer for you.

My mom, who in recent years has become just about as "all-natural crunchy, organic" as a former hippy hater can be discovered this product and sent it to my brother. He was searching for natural solutions to his seasonal allergies. When I came to his house one day, forgetting to take my antihistamine, he offered it to me. Now, I'm not someone who is all about essential oils and chakras and all that stuff. I tend to be cynical and suspicious of "all natural" remedies. But I was in the throes of hayfever, sneezing, crying, sniffling-- I was desperate. He had me use two doses in each nostril and I was not prepared for what happened next. For a second there was nothing, and then there was BURNING. Burning unlike I can explain unless you've used this product. Burning that feels like it emanates through my entire brain when I snort it too enthusiastically. It has peppermint essential oil in it, and you snort that into your nostril. There is definitely an uncomfortable sensation that comes with it. I recommend doing both nostrils as fast as possible to shorten the experience and to ensure you don't give up halfway. After the pain subsided, my nasal passages began to evacuate. Within moments my nose was clear and my drainage was lessened by at least 60%, if not 75%. My other allergy symptoms were also mitigated to a lesser degree. My headache went away, and my eyes were not as weepy. The effects lasted for several (4+ hours) This product may not be as effective as flo-nase (which dries me out uncomfortably), but it DOES provide immediate, if not somewhat painful relief. I've purchased some for myself and use it regularly.
