While not quite as good as the "Crispy Caramels" from the same brand, these are GREAT! I've been on a strict 20g/day carb level for months, and these are a very welcome treat! If I didn't know any better, I'd swear they were the real full-sugar thing. PROS: * The caramel is sweet and gooey and the chocolate is smooth. The flavor and texture is reminiscent of "Rollo" caramels. * Most keto treats I've tried either have a very strong bitter after taste or cause terrible tummy troubles. This one has a very faint after taste that I don't even notice unless I'm really paying attention, and it and doesn't cause any GI issues for me. * It DOES NOT contain maltitol, which tastes pretty good, but can spike blood sugar and causes GI issues in my experience. CONS: * They're a little pricey, but not that bad considering most keto-related food items tend to be. * I can only eat one package per day T_T. OTHER THOUGHTS: * Some reviews state that this isn't "clean" keto. For me, I know this is a treat, I only eat one package every few days, and I'm not looking to impress anyone with how hard-core keto I am. * Some reviewers say this knocks them out of ketosis. I test my keto levels several times a day with the BioSense breath meter, and I haven't had any issues with my levels dropping when I eat these. In short: These are GREAT! But if you want the BEST, go for the "Crispy Caramels" from the same brand (Keto Wise).

These have a good texture, taste and size when your sweet tooth hits and you need to stay on your keto diet or watch your sugar. Great value for the number of packages you get!

I’ve tried a bunch of Keto Wise Fat Bombs—pecan, caramel, peanut—but this one was definitely not a tasty treat. The texture was rock hard, basically like concrete (more ‘cookie + concrete’ than dessert). The team really needs to rework the formulation.

The price is a little steep, the ingredients aren't exactly healthy, but if you're craving chewy chocolate caramels without wanting to knock yourself out of keto- this is that craving killer while sticking in keto.

great taste, one net carb, chewy so it last for a while, delivery was good, keto wise is a good company for doing keto, some items you buy from other companies taste like cardboard and even cost more.

I do keto off and on when needed to cut some fat. I fast the rest of the time. So keto once or twice a year. These snacks are some of the most delicious candies I have ever had. Hard to believe they are actually Keto friendly.

Maybe I’m not that smart since the other option was chocolate covered caramels but because they’re called cookies and cream and the picture shows something white on the inside I wasn’t expecting some of the toughest caramel ever. The chocolate is brittle and flakes off as you try to take a bite. Soft caramel isn’t so bad but this is rough. I would have given two stars but trying to be fair. Also I taste almost no cookies and cream flavor so I have no idea why that’s the name.
