Tastes like what you want and shipped in glass. Most other black molasses is sold in plastic today, which we wanted to avoid entirely. Simply enough, this is a fine blackstrap, so give it a try. I think we found that this was a little more natural than some of the other brands we looked into, but don't recall now. Just a note that one of our bottles smashed while shipping and made a huge mess with glass and molasses all through the package at the time of delivery. The seller made it right immediately, so I recommend the product and the vendor (Baker's Box).

Surprisingly good taste, and I'm not even a fan of molasses. Good for anemia, and any other kind of related health issues, due to the iron, calcium, and potassium in this product. Quite pleased.

I use about a tablespoon in a cup of hot water as a hot morning drink. The taste is pleasant but mostly I drink it for the iron it contains. I try to keep coffee to a minimum and this is a nice substitute also. There's a whole list out there of things this is supposedly good for like using to stop bleeding on cuts and it has antiseptic properties. I've never used it for anything dramatic, I just drink it. :^)

I love this Blackstrap Molasses Unsulphured as I use it as a hot tea for it's health value - good source of iron,calcium and potassium.

This is pretty good molasses, and for blackstrap molasses lovers, I'd say it must be about perfect. I take two tablespoons a day for the iron and calcium because the label says that a single tablespoon contains 20% of our daily requirement of each. It's my understanding that Plantation blackstrap molasses is prepared in iron kettles, thus providing the high level of iron -- which not every brand will have.
