How's the noise reduction?

For the most part these headphone does a pretty good job of noise reduction, but lets face it for less than 10.00 bucks, this is good as you get, they are not 100%, a guess would be perhaps 75% noise reduction. I say take a change, you have 30 days to send back, I'm very satisfied with mine.

This is described as a bulk pack. How many headphones are included?

There is just one set of headphones. They say "bulk pack" because it doesn't come in any packaging except for a plastic bag. There is no separate box. The sellers must've bought them in a much bigger lot and is now selling them individually.

Will this work with any laptop? I have a chromebook.

I use my headphones on my 10.5" laptop, my desktop computer and even while flying on Jet Blue. I don't know much about Chrome books, but this plug seems pretty universal
