I had a similar top as a child. Gorgeous illustrations run all the way around the top, and it makes a low-pitched “whirring” sound as it spins. Very sweet toy.

So cute but broke fast
Bought this at a local toy store. My 9 month old LOVES it. Already broken and I've had it only 1.5 months. I am the only one who spins it for her. Such a bummer. Was expensive too.
