Q: Can I add external mic?

You can always plug another mic into another open USB port on your computer. However, this camera has an EXCELLENT mic, it's one of its greatest selling points (much better mic than on my $3k macbook pro), so you might want to wait before buying another mic.

Q: What size is the tripod mounting hole?

The tripod mounting hole is the standard 1/4 inch mounting hole.

Q: My camera is working fine, but has anyone gotten the nexigo webcam settings app to work on mac os monterey for this camera?

We have updated our application to work with Monterey. Please following the steps below or refer to the link here: nexigo.com/support-and-download Step 1: Download the NexiGo Webcam Settings software from nexigo.com/support. Step 2: Unpack and install the software. For Mac users, you should go to System Preference>Secutity & Privacy>General >Open Anyway, and then you can install the software on your Mac. Step 3: Choose your NexiGo webcam in the app, then you can adjust the camera parameters using the app.

Q: Is it compatible with windows 10?

Yes this device is compatible with Windows 10. The camera can be 360° rotated and slightly tilted up and down.
