Juego de bandas de resistencia que empecé a utilizar para ejercicios de rehabilitación porque me operaron de la rodilla. La verdad es que son de alta calidad y cumplen su cometido. Se nota la diferencia de resistencia entre las diferentes bandas de colores. Cada color representa un nivel de resistencia desde suave a muy duro. Totalmente recomendado.
