Beautiful, useful, and high-quality
I love everything about this journal. The orange cover and blue painted edges are my favorite color combination and look so stylish. Love the larger B5 size for taking lots of notes. The cover is a flexible, soft material making it easy to lay open and write. The paper quality is great and I've been able to use EF nib fountain pens with dark ink with zero bleed through and very little ghosting. It was on the pricier side, but with so many quality pages, this will last a long time for me and is great value. I'll definitely buy another.

Nice and versatile
When I got my ZenART journal, it came nicely shrink wrapped and in perfect condition. I was really pleased by the materials used. The designs around the outside of the journal are lovely. The leather cover is soft and pliable, but doesn't feel cheap. The only negative to it is that the elastic band holding the journal in place leaves dents in the faux leather cover that don't come out. That doesn't bother me too much as I usually wreck all my sketchbooks regardless of quality, but it's worth noting. I've been using felt tip pens and colored pencils for writing and drawing in the journal. The paper is nice, thin but not too thin, and it doesn't bleed so long as I'm not using professional grade markers. The bullet points inside are a huge help when it comes to writing and drawing, as when I want to make anything look neat, I can just use them as a guide. I decided since there's an index and numbered pages in the journal that I would use it as a dream diary, and for that purpose it's worked super well. There's even a cover page inside that you can decorate yourself, so I used that to illustrate the cover. So far I'm loving the bullet journal and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to use it for drawing, writing, or a mix of the two. It's very versatile and a great product overall.

Really great quality for the price
Soft and bendable cover perfect for journaling and scrapping. The 120gsm paper is also very soft and my gel, felt tip, and fountain pens write very smoothly on it, which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely going to be restocking once it runs out. Surprisingly great quality overall when comparable notebooks are almost twice the price.

Great notebook, but weird, huge logo is cut deeply into the cover-
Excellent, larger 7x10” B5 notebook - love the extra page space! It lies flat when open, so you really have a wonderful amount of space to use without any feeling of being confined or cramped. Love the design printed on page edges, love the bold colors, love, love, love! The things I don’t love about it- the elastic to bind it closed - it’s tight enough when new to create impressions in the soft cover, and all elastics eventually lose their elasticity and become useless, so I’d rather not have one permanently built in. If folks like that kind of thing they usually will get some kind of pen holder band, so again- not a feature that adds anything. It also has the zenArts logo cut super-deep into the front cover, and even worse, it looks like a strange “L”, so even stranger to have on the cover. I suppose? it’s supposed to be a “Z”, but it absolutely doesn’t look like a Z no matter how long you look at it. Every single person who’s seen it has asked why there’s an “L” on it, so I really hope they take it off entirely. There’s a smaller logo and zen art name cut into the back cover, so it’s even more annoying to have it so glaring on right in the middle on the front. If you can get past the annoyingly weird logo on the cover, it’s otherwise a great dot-grid notebook, at a great page size. There’s four lined pages in the front for indexing, and a large Moleskine-type envelope inside the back cover, which is made of paper a bit thinner than usual, so perhaps less sturdy over time? The design on the page edges is repeated on the end front & back end papers, and the pages are discreetly numbered in the outside-bottom corners, beginning with the first dot-grid page. There’s so much done right here, that for me, the glaringly awful deep logo on the cover is made so much worse in comparison - without it, I would have easily said I’d found as near a perfect notebook for journaling/bullet journaling as I could imagine. However, it’s literally impossible to overlook it, as it’s cut so deep into the faux suede cover that ever putting a sticker over it would not help.

Beautiful Bullet Journal
I really enjoy using the ZenART Supplies Bullet Journal - Modernista Series (Turquoise). From my first impression the color was beautiful and pleasing to the eyes. The journal is a nice size not too big or small. The feel of the journal is soft but it also feels durable. The red and white pattern on the edge of the pages compliment the turquoise of the cover and when you open the journal you see the same pattern reversed on the lining of the covers. In the journal there is so much space that allows you to to be creative. It encourages you to design your own inner cover. There are pages for you to create your own index and the pages are numbered front and back through the journal up to 154. There is great pocket in the back of the journal where that is convenient for stickers or paper you might use in your journal. I am pretty sure I’ll be using this journal for sometime just to put my ideas on paper. I did like how some of my writing and illustrations looked in the journal however, depending on the marker I used, the paper was transparent enough for me to see what I wrote on the back. The pages are dotted which is very convenient for creating a typical bullet calendar. I would buy the ZenART Supplies bullet journal again.

Great little book so far...I'm a bit of journal junkie, and I really like the size and weight of this book. It is standing up well to my writing and drawing habits....I have even done a few water colours in it's pages (although that is not it's intended use). NOTE: went to purchase again and found the exact same item has DOUBLED in price! I bought 2 for 50$ last year. I will not pay 52$ for 1 book. That is robbery.
