Due to another lockdown which forced the gyms to close once again, I searched for an easy kit for home which can help me out with my daily workout and I found this.This product is greatly priced for the quality it offers. I am able to do a lot of variations of all the workouts which I couldn't have done without it.It's easy to use, sturdy and provides enough resistance to achieve a Good level of workout at Home.The clamps are made of good quality metal and the grips are comfortable.You can but it without giving it a second thought.

The product is not at all durable. Given that it is a elastic band, it can lead to severe injury when it breaks mid exercise. Such products should not be allowed in the market. The strap broke in the first week of usage.I would recommend buying only from a trusted company.Other problemsThe bands do not have weight markings to know how much weight each band stands for.While using, you are always worried about it breaking mid exercise,so can't give it your all.

Durability can be reviewed after minimum use...and coming to the product the bands r not very elastic in nature they have elongated after one use and they just remained elongated when also in rest they are not retaining their size when in rest...and not the red one the black is the most resistant, contrary to what the images displayThese bands must retain their original size and strength that's what is important but they are not doing so and that makes them less effective while working out..

Too short for any good exercise. Rubber looks thin and fragile.No manual about how to assemble this. Overall this is a disappointment.

In this lockdown I’ve purchased a few resistance bands from local sports shops and gyms who are closing down. They were expensive and didn’t last long. Problem is never the tube but the grip and locking system.Pros for me:1. This one here has a very sturdy locking system with double protection.2. The resistance is apt for what I ordered.3. The thickness and length is standard.4. Among the cheapest options available.Cons:1. If any, I’d say it should come with a booklet or leaflet with basic routines. That will help many beginners understand how to use this.Overall, I’ll rate it 5*s! Do purchase this. I’m planning to get the entire set of bands by Diwali.

Resistance tube arrived on time. First impression is its handles, its a real comfort in hand, helps to concentrate the body part which exercise is concentrated. For me , length is a match, I can feel resistance as it get streched. Really needed a door anchor, or somthing like that but I simply made it myself by looking youtube, that doesn't concern me anymore. Am just a begging don't know much about these resistance tube stuffs. But this helps me .
