Its so good to cook your food in pan like this. But you need to know that this pan needs special preparation before cooking. grease the pan with oil and bake it in the oven at the highest temperature. let it cool and then it's ready to use and the food won't stick

excellent addition to the kitchen. Heavy duty and lasts forever. Note: It is very heavy, use proper heat proof gloves when handling. Please watch videos on how to care for cast iron pans before jumping into conclusions. Once you understand how to use it you will always rely on it.

焼き方で、こんなに味が違うのかと感激しました。 今まで高い肉を買っても、フライパンで焼くと硬くなるか、旨味が感じにくいものでした。 このスキレットで、焼くと皮目がパリッとして、肉の旨味が感じられます。 焼く前にスキレットをしっかりと温めることがコツかと思います。 少し重いのは、仕方ないと思います。

It's a solid cast iron pan. But super heavy, my mom dislike it. But i love it. So if you want something light, skipped this.

J'ai reçu la sauteuse, (grill) aujourd'hui et aussitôt utilisée. C'est vraiment un produit d'excellent qualité. Elle était accompagnée d'une notice en anglais facilement compréhensible . Pour la première utilisation j'en suis pleinement satisfait. Il suffit après usage de suivre le mode d'emploi : lavage, rinçage, séchage et petit film d'huile. C'est de la fonte d'acier. C'est lourd mais parfaitement utilisable et la viande après cuisson à un goût divin. C'est du made in USA (Kentucky) et comme souvent avec les produits américains le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.
