I’ve been using Dr. Mercola’s Liposomal Vitamin C for a couple of months now, and I can really tell the difference compared to regular vitamin C supplements. I feel like my immune system is more resilient — fewer sniffles even when people around me are sick. What sets this one apart is the liposomal delivery. It’s supposed to help your body absorb the vitamin C better, and based on how I feel, I believe it works. I also like that it’s non-GMO, soy-free, and gluten-free — makes it easier on my stomach and fits my dietary needs. The capsules are a bit on the larger side, but they’re smooth and easy to swallow. No weird aftertaste or side effects either. I know this brand isn’t the cheapest, but you’re paying for quality and better absorption. For me, it’s worth it — especially during cold and flu season or when I’m under extra stress. Definitely recommend if you're serious about your supplements.
