Already broken after 3 months
Bought it december 2023 to be used mainky for smoothies , the blade is not working anymore for peanut-banana smoothie , Disappointed Update om march 2024 Contacted them , the warranty people very helpful they fixed it in 2 days , blades had ti be changed

Terrible Build Quality
Terrible, useless product. Broke down within the first month and had to get it fixed under warranty, which was a painful process since the service center was in the middle of nowhere and they take random holidays that are not listed on their timings. Even after fixing it, it broke down again after another 2 months. Can barely cut anything and has a seizure if you throw in dates or something. I guess was only designed to deal with mushy fruits you can just squeeze with your hand like oranges or bananas. Just stay away from this garbage product. Literally had to get rid of it and buy another blender.

Amazing but I lost the Head
I loved using this juicer just bought it a week before it works perfectly and I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, I lost the juicer head and would like to know if it’s possible to purchase this part separately. Thank you

Powerful blender
Very powerful and reliable, great grips for the product to have less vibrations. A little trouble sometimes as it’s a little to fast for the paste to blend and ends up blending less or requires constant pausing and mixing by hand.

its not working!!!!! seriously guys how can you deceive customers like these, i had vetted my trust on the brand (black and decker) and the supplier (Amazon) to be fooled like this. its my first rime using since it was bought so yeah i know it cant be returned. 2 in a row..2 in a row disappointment. so yeah bye…not again
